The lede runs two or three sentences: what this document collects, who it is for, and how to treat anything inside it that is not settled. It is capped at 6.6 inches so the cover reads as a page rather than a wall.

How an interior sheet is built
Every sheet after the cover opens with the running head and closes with the footer. Nothing on the paper touches either one: every block clears both by real space.
Body copy runs the full column
The content column is 7.4 inches wide and body copy runs 10.5pt on 1.45. Two column body text is banned in this class: at roughly 25 characters a line the copy breaks into short ragged lines while space pools at the foot of the sheet.
Lead with the answer, then the reasoning. Keep paragraphs to three or four sentences so a table can follow without crowding.

Basis. Every figure on this sheet is a placeholder. A note carries a caveat, the arithmetic behind a figure, or the thing a reader has to confirm. It never carries new facts.
Nothing touches the chrome
Every block clears the running head and the footer by real space. A block set flush to a rule reads as one broken shape with a notch cut in it.
- The running head repeats the crest at 22pt, which is the smallest the full colour lockup reads at.
- Nothing but the Triumph crest goes in the running head; a mark with interior detail stops reading at about one inch.
- The page carries no overflow rule, so a sheet that runs long spills and the page count assert catches it.
