Two crest heights ship: 96pt for a cover sheet that carries the bar and little else, 74pt for a working cover whose page 1 also carries content. Fabiola appears here, once per document, and is optional.

The lede runs two or three sentences and is capped at 6.6 inches, so the cover reads as a page rather than a wall. Set --mast-chars to the character count of the title, spaces included, and recount it whenever the title changes.
